Returns & Exchanges
At The BAE Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
We offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, your item must:

Be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@baecollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will replace the item at no additional cost if the issue is determined to be our error.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Items returned after the 7-day exchange period
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, email info@baecollective.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your exchange. If approved, your replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Approved exchanges will be for the same item in a different size (when available) or another item of equal value.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@baecollective.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
The BAE Collective maintains records of all orders, including order details, payment confirmation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communications. This information may be provided to your financial institution to dispute invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in future orders being canceled or refused.
